Membership: What you, the Subscriber, gain upon purchase of a valid E-ticket, that is access to a Vendor Site (or Vendor Sites). If you elected to be rebilled automatically by MountPay to keep your E-ticket valid you will be rebilled automatically by us when the subscription payment for access to the Web Site comes due, with prior notice by email.
Vendor Site or Web Site: The web site for which you are purchasing an E-ticket from MountPay in order to access that web site and its materials and obtain the benefits of Membership.
Subscriber: The end-user/consumer of the services of the Vendor Site and holder of a valid E-ticket generated by MountPay for the Vendor Site.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
MountPay may collect Personal Information from you, but only if
you provide it to us voluntarily, or it is sent to us by your web browser.
We also collect Personal Information that you provided to our Content Vendors if
they pass it on to us so that we can fulfill your order for an E-ticket to access their Vendor Site. You must provide Personal
Information in the form of a unique identifier (for example email) to enter certain parts of our Website
COLLECTION AND USE OF NON-IDENTIFYING PERSONAL INFORMATION
As a provider of payment management and risk management services to online businesses worldwide, all activity on our servers is logged and archived.

When we receive an application from a business, we may perform a search with a credit reference agency and fraud prevention agency on the individual company directors or partners.
USE OF MOUNTPAY SERVICES
As a Content Vendor
When you apply to use MountPay's services, you will be required to provide Personal Information and to enter into a Vendor Agreement with MountPay.
As a Subscriber of a Content Vendor
If you purchase E-tickets from us to access one of our Vendor Sites and its contents, you are required to submit Personal Information ("Transaction Information"). Such customers transmit Transaction Information to MountPay for the purpose of processing these orders. Transaction Information is maintained in servers located around the world, depending on where the order originates or the geographic location of the customer. MountPay may maintain Transaction Information for a certain period of time to comply with audits, or for disaster recovery purposes, according to industry security standards.
As we continue to develop our business, we might buy or sell business
units. In these transactions, Personal Information might be
transferred with the business unit, but it will remain subject to the

Personal Information with us. However, we are obviously unable to offer some
services, like making online sales, without Personal Information.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to reasonable notice
